Designed by architects Henry J Lyons, this 26,716 sq. ft six-storey building targets a BER rating of A3 and LEED Gold status. 6 Pembroke Row will have the capacity to accommodate up to 300 workers across flexible floor plates.

iAcoustics assisted Henry J Lyons in developing an acoustic scheme for 6 Pembroke Row, which included advice on appropriate acoustic ratings for walls, floors and glazing.

Room acoustic modelling was undertaken to determine the effectiveness of various surface finishes to reduce reverberation. The project achieved its acoustic requirements as demonstrated by pre-completion testing carried out by iAcoustics.
