Social Housing Development at Churchfields Phase 2B, Mulhuddart

The project involved the design and construction of 67 accelerated delivery dwellings, along with associated site works, on a 2.25-hectare site at Churchfields, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15. The development included a mix of one-, two-, and three-story housing units. The project was executed to an exceptionally high standard, employing advanced off-site manufacturing techniques and Light Gauge Steel Frame (LGSF) technology to streamline and expedite the construction process.

iAcoustics provided a full suite of acoustic services (Ancillary Certifier) on this project from design, construction and right through to pre-handover testing.
