iAcoustics prepared a Noise Impact Report for a proposal to redevelop the historic Tramyard in Dalkey to include a 120-seat theatre, shops, a restaurant, café/bar, a gym and offices.

Given the close proximity to existing residential dwellings, iAcoustics were tasked with demonstrating that development would not be injurious to nearby noise-sensitive locations.
